    • Student Nomination Form (PDF or DOC): Teachers who wish to nominate students for Tech Trek should use the following form.  Tech Trek nominees should be female students entering the 8th grade in Fall 2013 who show an interest and a potential to excel in the math and science disciplines.
    • Teacher/Workshop Presenter Participation Form (PDF or DOC): Teachers/Workshop Presenters should use this form to give a description of the class or workshop, as well as the curriculum to be presented at Tech Trek.
